摘　　要：目的:提高对绒毛管状腺瘤的诊疗认识。方法:回顾性分析1例膀胱绒毛管状腺瘤,并结合文献复习。结果:患者行手术治疗,术后石蜡病理确诊为"膀胱绒毛管状腺瘤,恶变"。结论:绒毛管状腺瘤累及泌尿系统较少见,且临床表现不典型,如遇此种类似病例尽早行病理活检,以期尽早帮助明确诊断。Objective：To improve the medical understanding of tubulovillous adenoma. Methods：To report one case of bladder tubulovillous adenoma and review the related literatures, Results： A 65 - years - old women with bladder tumor was admitted to hospital. She had an operation, then diagnosed as bladder tubulovillous adenoma after patho - biopsy. Conclusion：The diagnosis of bladder tubulovillous adenoma is not easy, because its systemic mani - festations are non- specific. It is necessity to confirm the diagnosis though histopathological examination as soon as oossible.
