摘 要:目的:探讨胃癌及正常胃组织中DNA修复基因XRCC1和MGMT的表达及其意义。方法:免疫组化法检测胃癌组织及正常胃组织中XRCC1和MGMT的蛋白表达情况。结果:胃癌组XRCC1蛋白的阳性表达率为86.25%明显高于正常胃组织的13.75%(P<0.05)。胃癌组MGMT蛋白的阳性表达率为33.75%,明显低于正常胃组织的66.25%(P<0.05)。二者在胃癌中的表达无明显相关关系。结论:XRCC1与MGMT基因在胃癌发生过程中可能起重要作用,两者在胃癌中表达无明显相关性,提示两者修复损伤途径相互独立。Objective:To investigate the protein expression and significance of repair gene XRCC1 and MGMT in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue. Methods:Expressions of XRCC1 and MGMT protein were detected by immunohistochemical techniques in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue. Results:The positive expression rate of XRCC 1 in gastric carcinoma was signififcanfly higher (86.25%) than normal gastric tissue( 13.75% ), The positive expression rate of MGMT in gastric carcinoma was signififcantly lower (33.75%) than normal gastric tissue (66.25%). Tile cxpresshm of XRCCI and MGMT ill gastric carcinoma had no relashionship. Conclusion: XRCCI and MGMT gene may play important roles in careinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma,the expression of XRCC1 and MGMT is not related to each other.
