摘 要:钾离子通道是细胞膜上的跨膜蛋白质分子,是一种具有选择性的允许适当电荷离子通过的亲水性微孔道,联系着细胞内部和外部环境。DeCoursey[1]等率先发现K+通道阻断后对淋巴细胞的增殖具有抑制作用。我们使用K+通道阻断剂四乙胺(TEA)证实可以抑制C6和9L胶质瘤细胞的增殖并导致凋亡,Bcl-2/Bax比例失调、ROS增高[2]。现综述近几年钾离子通道阻断剂与胶质瘤增殖关系的研究进展。Potassium channel is a transmembrane protein on the cell membrane as a selective hydrophilic pore to allow properciate charge ions to get through. It conmunicates with the interior and external celluar environment. DeCoursey firstly discovered that the proliferation of lymphocyte could be inhibited after blocking the potassium channels. Using a potassium channel blocker tetraethylammonium(TEA) ,we confirmed that the proliferation of C6 and 9L glioma cells could be both inhibited and led to apoptosis, while the Bcl -2/Bax ratio was imbalanced and the intracelluar ROS was increased. We now summarize the research progress of the relationship between potassium channels and glioma in recent years.
