初次住院唇腭裂患儿父母生活质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨初次住院唇腭裂患儿父母的生活质量。方法应用生活质量综合评定问卷对90名初次住院唇腭裂患儿父母及90名正常对照者进行评估。结果初次住院唇腭裂患儿父母的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、均较对照者差;其中以心理健康和社会功能影响最大。结论初次住院唇腭裂患儿父母的生活质量较正常对照组差。唇腭裂对其母亲的生活质量影响更明显。Objective To study the life quality of parents whose children have congential cleft lip and/or palate and were first in hospital. Methods The quality of life was evaluated to 90 parents of children with congenital cleft lip and/or palate and to 90 controls. The assessment included Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74. Results The parents of children with congenital cleft lip and/or palate were reported significant lower scores of life quality than the controls in many aspects including physical health, psychological health, social functions and material condition dimensions. The most important dimensions affecting quality of life were psychological conditions and social functions. Conclusions The life quality of parents whose children have congenital cleft lip and/or palate are rather poor. Their mothers＇life quality is worse than their fathers：
