小口畸形上颌全口义齿修复方法探讨

摘　　要：小口畸形患者无法进行传统的上颌全口义齿修复,临床工作中将上颌全口义齿分成两段制作,再用磁性连接体把两段义齿连成一体形成分段式上颌全口义齿。随访3年,临床效果满意。本文以张口受限患者为例重点介绍了分段式上颌全口义齿的制作方法和临床应用。The patients with microstomia couldnt use traditional maxillary complete denture. In clinical practice, the maxillary complete denture was divided into two parts during the production process and then the two sections were connected together to form the sectional maxillary complete denture with magnetic connector. After 3 years＇ follow up, the clinical effect was satisfactory. Taking the patients with limited mouth opening for example, the article mostly introduced the fabrication method and clinical application of sectional maxillary complete denture.
