摘 要:目的探讨脑梗死和2型糖尿病患者血清粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)水平及意义。方法共纳入观察对象120例,分4组:健康对照组、2型糖尿病组、脑梗死组、脑梗死合并2型糖尿病组,每组各30例。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清G-CSF水平:①比较4组间血清G-CSF水平;②将脑梗死患者60例根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分中位数分为:A组(1~7分),B组(8~21分),每组各30例,比较两组患者血清G-CSF水平。结果①4组血清中G-CSF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);健康对照组低于其他3组,(33.40±8.07)ng/L vs(43.84±8.36)ng/L、(50.92±6.12)ng/L、(50.98±6.24)ng/L(P<0.01);2型糖尿病组低于脑梗死组与脑梗死合并2型糖尿病组(P<0.01);脑梗死组与脑梗死合并2型糖尿病组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②脑梗死患者中B组血清G-CSF较A组明显升高,(54.05±4.15)ng/L vs(47.85±6.26)ng/L(P<0.01)。结论血清G-CSF参与了脑梗死和2型糖尿病的病理生理过程;脑梗死患者血清G-CSF水平与其早期神经功能缺损的严重程度密切相关。Objective To explore the serum granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) levels and significance in cerebral infarction patients and type 2 diabetes patients. Methods A total of 120 subjects were divided into four groups .. healthy control group, type 2 diabetes group, cerebral infarction group, cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes group(each group, n = 30). Serum G-CSF level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA):①To compare serum G-CSF levels among four groups; ②The 60 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups (each group, n =30) according to its National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS) score median:group A (1 to 7 scores),group B (8 to 21 scores ). Then,serum G-CSF level was compared between the two groups. Results 1 There were significant difference in G-CSF among the four groups ( P 〈0.01) 2The serum G- GSF level of healthy control group was significantly lower than that of other three groups, (33.40±8.07) ng/L vs (43.84± 8.36) ng/L, (50.92±6. 12) ng/L, (50.98±6.24) ng/L( P 〈0.01);The serum G-CSF level of type 2 diabetes group was significantly lower than that of cerebral infarction group and cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes group ( P 〈0.05) ;There was no significant difference between cerebral infarction group and cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes group( P 〉0.05) ;②The serum G-CSF of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, (54.05 ± 4.15) ng/L vs (47.85 ± 6.26) ng/L (P 〈 0.01). Conelusion Serum G-CSF involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral infarction and type 2 diabetes;The serum G-CSF of cerebral infarction patients is closely related to the severity level of early neurological deficit.
