摘　　要：阐释俄语中新词的构成和运用是对现代俄语动态发展进行研究的重要组成部分。作家为了表达某个特殊称谓或修辞效果,在一些文学作品中,以及在发达的大众传媒中,越来越多的新词汇不断涌现。基于此,就什么是新词汇、新词汇怎么分类、它们的修辞特点有哪些展开论述,进而阐明新词汇的出现是对原有语言词汇的一种补充或充实,符合语言发展规律,是一种必然趋势。Explanation of the composition and the use of the Russian neologisms is an important part of the research in the modem Russian dynamic development. Whether in some literary works with author＇s purpose to get special appellations or to achieve rhetoric effects, or in the developed mass media, more and more neologisms spring up. So, what＇s the neologisms, how to classify, which stylistie features they have？ In this article we＇ll try to talk over those questions.
