摘　　要：就综采设备管理的难点加以论述,并就常见问题提出针对性措施,着重阐明了加强设备检修的重要性和关键环节,分析人本管理在设备检修中的重要作用。首次提出"护机先护人"观点,创新"检修风险抵押金"管理法。阐述了"自动化综采工作面文明搬家"新理念,编制了机电事故可控制程序。该综采设备管理模式对搞好综采工作面设备管理,降低事故率具有指导意义。This article discusses the difficulties of mining equipment management, and trequenuy asked questions put forward specific measures, highlighting the importance of strengthening equipment maintenance and key links and analyze the important role of people management in the equipment maintenance. Put forward the view of the ＂protect the machine probation for the first time, innovative overhaul risk of mortgage payment＂ method. Described the new concept of the ＂automated mechanized mining face of civilization move＂,the preparation of the control program of the mechanical and electrical accidents. The mechanized mining equipment management models do a good job in fully mechanized coal face equipment management, and reduce the accident rate has significance.
