摘　　要：介绍了Minitab软件的特点。结合生产过程中轴承端盖出现的问题,利用Minitab绘制排列图、控制图并用过程能力分析等质量控制工具进行质量分析,提出了改进措施,为企业提高轴承端盖质量提供了方向。The characteristics of Minitab software are introduced. Minitab and pareto charts, control charts and quality control tools are used to analyze the problems of bearing cover of production process. Measures for improvement have been proposed. These provide a direction to improve the quality of bearing cover for the enterprises.
