社会工作介入社区居家养老服务的方案探索

摘　　要：社会工作介入社区居家养老服务的必要性在于目前我国社区居家养老存在服务水平偏低,资金投入不足,服务主体单一等问题。社会工作倡导基本生活保障型社区居家养老和建设型社区居家养老两种基本社区居家养老类型,并积极主张发展多种形式的建设型社区居家养老服务。社会工作介入社区居家养老服务的途径主要有:宣传社区居家养老的价值和服务项目,参与制定社区居家养老服务的法律和政策,对社区居家养老服务人员进行理论、技术和方法的培训,为老年人提供心理辅导、实现资源的有效整合等直接服务。Social workers need to involve in home-based care services for the elderly in community for the following reasons： the low standard of service, the lack of money and the lack of relevant agents. We argue that two different types of services can be provided： basic life support care service and constructive community care service. We also argue that a va- riety of home-based care services for the elderly need to be developed. The paths that social workers can involve with the community include： introducing the value and the service items, participating in the formulation of laws and policies, teaching service personnel about theory, technology and method, providing the service of psychological counseling for the elderly and realizing the effective integration of resources.
