摘　　要：发展战略性新兴产业,是我国转变经济发展方式,引领未来经济社会可持续发展的重大战略。"院士产业化"是培育发展战略性新兴产业的有效战略途径。通过"院士产业化"将新兴科技成果作为新兴产品培育之"源",再以新兴产品作为新兴产业开发的"种",进而形成新兴"种产业",新兴种产业集聚形成先导性、支柱性产业群,由此推动产业创新,优化产业结构,加快经济发展方式转变。院士产业化运作机制构建路径是横向途径与纵向环节的耦合机制,构建对策是成立院士产业化管理委员会和构建院士产业化运作的研发转化单元、项目遴选机制、科学考核评价机制。Developing strategic emerging industry is a channel to transfer our economic development and an important strategy to lead the future economy society sustainable improvement. ＂Academiclan Industrialization＂ is the effective strategic way to incubate, foster and develop strategic emerging industry. Through ＂Academician Industrialization＂ the emerging technology results are incubated as the ＂fundament＂ of emerging products, then the ＂seed＂ of the emerging products employed to foster emerging industry, with the fi- nal development of emerging ＂Seed Industry＂. The emerging Seed Industry centralizes and constitutes leading, mainstay industry group, which promotes industry innovation, optimizes industry structure, spurs the transformation of economy development. The way to construct academician industrialization operative mechanisms is the coupling mechanisms of transversal route and lengthways segment, and the constructive tactic being to found management committee of academieian industrialization and tp establish academi- can industrialization R＆D transformation unit, projects selective mechanism and scientific assessment mechanism.
