摘 要:目的探讨实施护士分层管理对提高护理质量的效果。方法选择具有代表性的8个病区实施护士分层管理,根据护士不同能级设立5个层级:专科护士(N4)、责任组长(N3)、高级责任护士(N2)、初级责任护士(N1)、助理护士(N0),界定各级护士工作职责,并在每个病房配置2名护理员。比较实施护士分层管理前后的护理质量及患者满意度。结果实施护士分层管理后,基础护理质量合格率、健康教育落实率、护士对患者病情掌握率及患者满意度较前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过科学合理使用护士人力,实施护士分层管理有利于提高护理质量和患者满意度,增强护士的工作责任心和主动性,对优质护理服务活动持续开展具有促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of nurse hierarchical management on the improvement nursing quality. Methods Nurse hierarchical management was implemented in eight units. Nurses were divided into five levels then the responsibilities of each level were identified and there were two nursing workers in each ward. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management, qualified rate of basic nursing, rate of heahh education and nurses' knowledge about patients' disease were all improved significantly, which revealed statistical significance (P〈0.01) and patients were more satisfied with the nursing (P〈0.01). Conclusion Nurse hierarchical management is beneficial to the improvement of nursing quality and patients' satisfaction and the enhancement of quality nursing service.
