454例肝酶水平与血清IL-22水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨血肝酶水平与血清IL-22水平的相关情况。方法:对象为华山医院体检者454名,进行全面检查,采用ELISA方法检测IL-22水平,采用Spearman等级分析IL-22水平和肝酶的关系。结果:IL-22水平与谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶明显相关(相关系数分别为-0.122,-0.123及-0.127,P值分别为0.020,0.019及0.015)。结论:血清IL-22水平与血肝酶水平显著负相关,提示IL-22可能与肝脏疾病相关。Objective： To evaluate the association of liver enzyme levels with serum IL-22 levels. Method： Four hundred and fifty four physical examination subjects were enrolled in Huashan Hospital, and completed a comprehensive examination including IL-22 by ELISA method and the relationship between IL-22 levels and liver enzymes was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation. Result： IL-22 levels were significantly negatively correlated with alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase （GGT） （correlation coefficients were -0.122, -0.123 and -0.127, Pvalues were 0.020, 0.019 and 0.015）. Conclusion： These results suggested that IL-22 might be associated with liver diseases.
