摘 要:分别采用QuEChERS法与GB法对黄秋葵样品进行前处理,通过LC-MS/MS分析,分别得到在加标水平为10ng/mL时在黄秋葵样品中24种农药的信噪比、检出限(S/N≥3)、信号值、线性关系、回收率、重现性等指标数据。对比分析后得出采用QuEChERS法进行前处理,干扰较少、检测灵敏度较高,具有更好的准确度及精密度,能够达到同时检测多种农药残留的痕量分析要求。QuEChERS method and GB method were used to pretreatment okra samples, the data of 24 kinds of pesticides including signal-to-noise ration, detection limit (S/N 洪旻禛3), signal value, linear range, linear equation, average recovery and relative standard deviation by LC-MS/MS were acquired. Contrast analysis indicated the QuEChERS method for the pretreatment had less interference detection, higher sensitivity, better accuracy and precision, and could achieve requirements of testing the trace analysis of various kinds of pesticide residues simulaneously.
