摘　　要：管理控制的本质内涵不仅包括对企业内部资源的控制,还应包括对企业外部战略资源的控制,如对企业供应关系资本的控制。合作竞争成为现代企业处理其组织间关系的本质特征。管理控制通过合作作用于战略供应关系,从而提升战略供应关系资本。本文通过对中国乳品企业的问卷调查研究,实证了管理控制对提升战略供应关系资本的作用机理,并为中国乳品企业实现原料奶安全有效供应提出了可行性建议。management control not only includes the control of the firm＇ s internal resources, but also the control of the firm＇ s external resources. Cooperation and competition have been the nature of the relation between the firms. Manage- ment control may increase the strategic supply relational capital by cooperation. This paper analyzes the function mecha- nism that management control strenthens the strategic supply relational capital by the survey of dairy industry of China, and puts forth the advice for the safe and valid supply of raw milk for dairy industry.
