摘　　要：拥有优美自然风貌的花园镇作为川西地区大部分村镇的代表,正经历着经济发展、城镇面貌改变等多方面的变化。该文结合成都所属乡镇的新农居建设实践,指出了当今新农居建设所存在的问题,并在注重地域性表达、经济可行性等方面提出了相应的策略。As a representative of the West of Sichuan Region, Huayuan Town has beautiful natural environment, changing greatly in economic development and building style. Combined with the new dwelling practice in counties surrounded Chengdu, the paper points out some problems of the new dwelling buildings .And it proposes some strategies in economic feasibility, regional expression and so on.
