摘　　要：翻译可以说是一种精神活动,因而可以借鉴精神分析学从无意识出发研究翻译伦理。作为前意识的翻译准则负责对译者的无意识进行监控。在翻译过程中翻译伦理还涉及译者的欲望和译者的情感参与。翻译伦理可以压抑译者的欲望或使之升华。翻译伦理体现为译者对原作及其语言和文化的情感反应能力,共情是翻译伦理所追求的一种理想的情感境界。精神分析学可以将翻译伦理与译者的欲望和情感参与联系起来解读其复杂性。Translation ethics can be studied from the perspective of psychoanalysis, because translating itself is a psychological activity. In the narrow sense of translation ethics, translation norms as preconsciousness functions as a monitor of translator＇s unconsciousness. Translation ethics also involves translator＇s desire and affective engagement, as it plays a pivotal role in controlling and sublimating translator＇s desire, and also testifies translator＇s response-ability to the language and culture of source text. Empathy is the ideal psychological state of translation ethics. Therefore, translation ethics can be expounded from the psychoanalytic perspective by relating it to translator＇s desire and affective engagement.
