摘　　要：随着STCW公约(2010年马尼拉修正案)的正式生效以及国际航运界对高素质船员的需求,对现行航海技术专业人才培养方案的修订显得十分必要。根据人才培养方案修订的原则和对航海技术专业学生培养目标的定位,培养方案在修订的内容上做了较大的变化,并体现出航海技术专业人才培养的特点,以适应培养综合素质高的航海应用型人才的要求。Along with the STCW convention （2010 Manila amendment） formally went into effect as well as the international shipping industry for high quality seafarers demand, the current navigation technology professional training scheme revision is very necessary. According to the talent training scheme revised principle and navigation technology professional students training goal orientation, training scheme in the revision of the content on the great changes, and reflects the navigation technology professional personnel training, to adapt to the characteristics of training comprehensive quality requirements of navigation applied talents.
