摘　　要：根据可持续发展理论 ,对辽东湾北部海岸带经济发展中存在的代内和代际不平等现状 ,进行了分析和评价 ,认为该地区海岸带经济发展中的代内不平等问题非常严重 ,部分产业的代际问题也比较严重。最后 ,本文提出了使该地区海岸带资源可持续开发利用的几点建议。Based on the sustainable development theory,the analyses and evaluations on the equality and inequality of the same ge neration and generations in the coastal economic development in North Liaodong Bay were made. The argument is that the same ge neration's inequality is very serious in the coastal economic development ,and so is the inequality between generations in some industries. At last, a few of suggestions are made for the sustainable development and uses of the coastal resources.
