摘  要:目的 :通过预试实验,对壮药土甘草的化学成分进行初步研究。方法 :采用化学反应鉴别法,对壮药土甘草的水提液、乙醇提取液进行化学成分研究。结果 :通过预实验,氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、苷类、皂苷、有机酸、黄酮、蒽醌、强心苷、植物甾醇、三萜、酚类均产生正反应现象,其余产生负反应现象。结论 :实验结果表明,土甘草含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、苷类、皂苷、有机酸、黄酮、蒽醌、强心苷、植物甾醇、三萜、酚类等化学成分。为土甘草活性成分进一步研究提供了理论基础。Ohjective : To study the chemical constituents of Derris erioearpa How.by preliminary test. Methods : The mixtures were extracted from Derris eriocarpa How. with purified water, 95% ethanol by chemical reaction identification method. Results : Through preliminary test, the chemical components of amino acids, polypeptide, protein, saccharide, polysaccharide, glycoside, saponin, organic acid, flavone, anthraquinone, cardiac glycoside, phytosterin, triterpene and phenols were positive reactions and others were negative reactions. Conclusion : The preliminary test indic.ate that Derris eriocarpa How.may contain effective components such as amino acids, polypeptide, protein, saecharide, polysaecharide, glycoside, saponin, organic acid, flavone, anthraquinone, cardiac glycoside, phytosterin, triterpene and phenols. The research provides foundation for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of Derris eriocarpa How.
