摘　　要：目的 :加快培养和引进中医药信息未来人才,提升学科化知识服务水平。方法 :从本质特征、品德素养、成长条件、学科环境、能力建设、多元需求、发展途径和体制机制八个方面对未来人才作了简要概述。结果 :坚持以人为本,教育为基,着力加强创新团队和创新未来人才能力建设。结论 :集聚以人才为核心的优质创新资源,为中医药科研工作者提供高层次、多方位的学科化信息知识服务。Objective： Speeding up the training and introduction of traditional Chinese medicine information talents is to improve the knowledge service level. Methods ： The article makes a brief introduction in eight aspects ： nature, moral accomplishment, growth condition, discipline and special field environment, ability construction, multiple requirements, development way and mechanism for future talents. Results ： Adhereing to the people-oriented and education being the base, innovation team and the innovation talents can be strengthend in the future. Conclusion ： Gathering the talents as the core of high quality innovation resource, we should provide high-level, all-round of subject information knowledge service for traditional Chinese medicine scientific researchers.
