肺结核患者前臂手三阴经体表红外热成像特征研究

摘　　要：目的 :以肺结核为载体,探讨腧穴反映病症效应及其规律。方法 :采用M301医用红外热成像仪,分别采集肺结核患者、健康自愿者包括双上肢在内的正面半身红外热成像。以经穴红外高温异常频率,经脉红外温度温差率为指标,进行比较分析。结果 :①肺结核患者高温异常经穴在肺经上呈集中分布趋势。②肺结核患者手三阴经脉温度变化均高于对照组,双侧肺经为显著,P<0.05。③心包经内关穴高温异常频率显著,提示病变部位相关经脉和经穴同样具有循经病理效应。结论 :肺结核患者,病变脏腑及部位相关经脉、经穴红外温度均呈高温改变;病理效应以经穴为显著,并具有循经特异性的特征。Objective ： To demonstrate the scientifieity of acupoints that reflect corresponding symptoms in pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods ： Thermal imaging of upper limbs and the upper body are investigated among healthy volunteers and pulmonary tuberculosis patients by M301 infrared thermal imaging system.The rate of high thermography and the difference of thermography were analyzed. Results ： ①74.59% acupoints of Taiyin Lung meridian of hand showed higher thermography and distributed along Taiyin Lung meridian of hand.② Three yin meridians of hand of puhnonary tuberculosi showed higher temperature than healthy volunteers, and the bilateral Taiyin Lung meridians of hand showed the most obvions significance, P〈0.05.③ Neiguan-acupoint showed higher rate of high thermography which suggested corresponding acupoint can reflect corresponding symptoms along the meridian. Conclusion ： The thermography variations of acupoints and meridians are related with the corresponding organs in disease status and the acupoints show significant specificity along the corresponding meridians.
