针药并用治疗抑郁症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针灸与中药并用治疗抑郁症的效果。方法 :将65例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,采用针刺百会、印堂、神门、关元、三阴交、太冲;神庭、四神聪、丰隆、内关、足三里、太溪等两组穴位,中药栀子豉汤合温胆汤加味。对照组30例,单纯服用中药栀子豉汤合温胆汤加味。结果 :治疗组总有效率为94.28%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :针灸配合中药治疗抑郁症疗效显著。Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture comhined with medication for treating depression. Methods ： A total of 65 patients with depression were randomly allocated into two groups. 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture （ Baihui, Yintang, Shenmen, Guanyuan, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, Shenting, Sishencong, Fenglong, Neiguan, Zusanli and Taixi ）plus Chinese medication, modified Zhizichi Decoction combined with lVendan decoction. 30 cases in the control group were treated with Chinese medication alone. Results ： The total effective rate was 94.28% in the treatment group, and 73.33% in the control group.There was a statistical significance in both of the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with Chinese medication has a remarkable efficacy on depression.
