中华文化传统中以人为圆心的诸关系考察

摘　　要：中华文化上下五千年灿烂文化形成了自身得以绵延的传统。这种传统主要在儒家文化,特别是以人为圆心,向外扩展延伸的诸关系中获得呈现和凝聚。主要包括人与自身的关系、人与他人的关系以及人与自然(外在)的关系。内省的特质使儒家思想在处理人与自身的关系上,构建了生存于社会中的人所要努力的目标,同时它也是整个社会氛围对个体的角色期待,这种理想人格不仅作为一种人生指向发挥着维护社会稳定的功能,还进一步塑造了现实人格,也不可避免地对人的自我发展形成了一定的约束和钳制。平等原则、理性原则、人道原则是中华传统处理人与人之间关系的基本准则。"天人合一"思想强调天道与人道、自然与人事相通、相类或统一,人与自然要协调发展。仁爱、良知与中和观念,彰显出中华传统处理以人为圆心向外扩展的诸多关系的独特东方智慧,在中国的现代化进程中依然焕发着强大的生命力。The 5000 year＇ s splendid Chinese culture has formed its own tradition, which is manifested and accumulated par- ticularly in Confucianist culture taking human being as the centre. It mainly includes the relationship between one and himself, between one and others, between one and nature. Confusianism with the particularity of introspection, establishes the goals for the social people to seek in the process of dealing with the relationship between human being and itself. Meanwhile, it is also the society＇ s expectation of the individual＇ role. As one kind of life orientation, this kind of ideal personality does not only play the role as the social stability, but also shape the realistic personality further, as a result of which it also becomes the constraining force for the self-improvement. In general, the traditional Chinese principles to deal with the interpersonal relationships are equal- ityl, rationality, and humanity. The idea of unification between human being and nature emphasizes the similarity and unity be- tween natural law and humanity or the harmonious development between human being and nature. Therefore, the ideas of running through the entire Confusianism, benevolence, conscience, and eclecticism manifest the unique oriental wisdom to deal with the relationships around human being in Chinese cultural tradition, which still play its powerful role in China＇ s modernization.
