摘　　要：信息技术催生知识经济时代,引发教育及课程改革,从而给当今教师群体带来新的压力——技术压力。在进行大量文献调研的基础上,借鉴企业员工技术压力的相关研究成果,界定教师的技术压力概念,并在计算机技术压力问卷的基础上设计教师技术压力的测量量表,为教师技术压力研究提供新的视角。Present development of information technology has expedited the emergence of the era of knowledge-driven economy, it has also caused the reform of education and course. This has brought the new stress to teachers. After reviewing the literature of the concept of technostress, this paper defines the concept of teachers＇ techno-stress according to the previous conclusions on technostress. Then we devise the teachers＇ techno-stress scale based on techno-stress questionnaire. The study provides the new perspective for our future study
