摘　　要：《1844年经济学哲学手稿》是马克思早期思想发展中的一部重要著作,它一经公开出版就引起众多研究者的兴趣。总体上看,国外学者对该手稿的性质判断主要有三种态度:一是认为是不成熟的著作;二是指认其过渡性质;三是断言是巅峰之作。我国学者对《手稿》的研究经历了三个阶段:第一阶段主要是以翻译和介绍为主;第二阶段主要是围绕《手稿》在马克思主义哲学史中的地位展开思想阐发;第三阶段主要以文本解读和文献考究为主。Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 is an important work in the development of Marx＇s thought in his early stage, which has attracted numerous researchers as it was published. On the whole, foreign scholars mainly hold three attitudes on Manuscripts.. one is that the Manuscripts is not a mature work; another is the recognition of the manuscripts＂ transitional character, the third is the assertion that the Manuscripts is a peak work. Chinese scholars＂ research on Manuscripts experienced three stages： the first stage mainly focuses on translation and introduction the second phase mainly focuses on the status of thought of Manuscripts in Marxist philosophy; the third stage focuses on text reading and literature study primarily.
