浅谈新建本科院校学生收费管理

摘　　要：随着新建本科院校体制改革和招生规模的扩大,学生收费日趋成为高校事业收入的重要组成部分。在目前本科院校收费管理中,存在着项目多、标准杂、管理体系不完善、收费手段落后等问题。要改善这种状况,就应加大宣传,提高认识,密切配合,信息互通,改进方式,便捷服务,以使收费管理工作更加规范,促进高等教育事业有序发展。With the number of students in the newly - built universities on the rise as well as their system reforms being practiced, tuition fee has become an important part of university revenue. But some problems with the current management of tuition fee are easily noticed. These problems include： too many tuition items, mis- cellaneous charging standards, imperfect management systems, backward charging means, and so on. To solve the problems, this article puts forward a few constructive suggestions such as strengthening propaganda, raising awareness, cooperating closely, exchanging information, improving ways, making services convenient, etc. to standardize the management as well as to promote the orderly development of higher education.
