摘　　要：目的 :探讨婴幼儿皮肤软组织血管瘤的彩色多普勒超声特征。方法 :对 2 2例经病理证实为血管瘤的彩色多普勒超声表现进行回顾性分析。检测其血管密度 (每平方厘米内血管数 )、动脉收缩期峰值血流速度( PASV)、阻力指数 ( RI)等。结果 :所有瘤体均表现为一实质性低回声团块 ,血管密度为 3～ 8条 / cm2 (平均 5 .3±2条 / cm2 ) ,PASV为 2 3～ 118cm/ s (平均 6 1.11± 2 9.8cm/ s) ,RI为 0 .5 1～ 0 .79(平均为 0 .6 2± 0 .12 )。结论 :婴幼儿皮肤软组织血管瘤彩色多普勒超声血流丰富 ,呈高血管密度 ,血流频谱为高速低阻型。此将对该病的诊断。Objective:To detect the color Doppler ultrasonographic characteristics of cutaneous soft tissue hemangiomas in infants and children.Method:The vessel density(number of vessels per square centimeter),peak arterial systolic flow velocity (PASV) and resistive index(RI)were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography in 22 hemangiomas proved by pathology.Results:All of the hemangiomas appeared hypoechoic solid masses in gray scale ultrasonographyThe vessel density ranged from 3 to 8 vessels per square centimeter with a mean±SD of 53±2 vessels per square centimeterPASV ranged from 23 to 118 centimeter per second with a mean±SD of 6111±2985 centimeter per secondRI ranged from 051 to 079 with a mean±SD of 062±012.Conclusion:Abundant blood flow,high vessel density,high PASV and low resistance in color Doppler ultrasonography of the soft mass highly suggest hemangiomas.
