摘　　要：外籍教师参与高校外语教学,极大促进外语教育的发展,但也存在一些不足和问题。文章通过调研和课堂观察的方式,从构建主义教学观审视外教教学模式的具体实施情况和存在的主要问题,提出促进教学效果的若干建议。The involvement of natives in foreign language teaching has greatly stimulated the cultivation of language talents in China. Meanwhile, problems also emerge. This research probe into some aspects of current situations and some major problems of foreign teachers＇ teaching from the perspective of Constructivism, with some advice given, aiming at improving the efficiency of foreigners-involved teaching.
