摘　　要：目的:调查2007年1月1日至2008年12月31日浦东新区精神卫生中心门诊首次就诊的89例精神分裂症患者的服药依从性,进行4年的随访研究,分析其可能存在的社会心理影响因素。方法:采用自编的调查量表,将数据输入SPSS11.5,采用参数及非参数统计方法进行分析。结果:药物治疗依从性为74.6%～82.7%,随着随访时间的延长而逐渐下降,而且随访的病例逐渐减少;复发组患者的依从性较首发组较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。个体化心理干预,精神症状改善程度,以及药物的不良反应等对治疗依从性影响没有统计学意义的差异。结论:首发分裂症患者的治疗依从性需要提高。Objective：To study the demographic characters of outpatient schizophrenics who accepted their routine treatment in the clinics of Pudong mental health centre from January 1 st 2007 to December 31st 2008. Methods：All the patients were surveyed by the Serf - edited Questionnaire which included the general health state, diagnoses, career, family care, education, etc. All the data were put in and analyzed with the software SPSSll. 5. Results： Altogether, 89 schizophrenics were agreed to take part in the program. The average compliance was 74.6 - 82.7%, and decreased with time. There was significant differences between the compliance of the re- lapsed group and the first episode group（ P 〈 0.05/P 〈 0.01 ）. And there were no significant differences between the individualized in- tervention group and the controls, between the symptom improved group and the controls, between the side - effects group and the con- trois. Conclusions： The compliance of the first episode schizophrenics need to be improved.
