摘　　要：目的探讨经支气管镜针吸活检术(TBNA)在肺部及纵隔疾病中的临床应用价值。方法对42例肺部及纵隔病变进行针吸活检,观察阳性率。结果 42例均针吸或活检成功,确诊率76.2%,无严重并发症。结论 TBNA对肺部及纵隔疾病诊断率高,并发症少。Objective To exploe the diagnostic value of transbronchial needle aspiration （TBNA） in patients with pulmonary dis- ease and mediastinal lymphadenopathy. Methods 42 patients with pulmonary disease and mediastinal lymphadenopathy were treated with TBNA. The positive rate was observed. Results The postive diagnostic rate was 76.2% using TBNA, without any severe complications. Conclusion TBNA is a safe and effective method with high positive diagnostic rate in the diagnosis of patients with pulmonary disease and mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
