摘　　要：目的 :探讨食管腔内渗疗的机制及其临床意义。方法 :用 5 131I尿嘧啶作为示踪剂 ,对 2 6例食管癌患者进行了临床渗透治疗的研究。结果 :经渗疗器渗透的抗癌药物除部分被肿瘤组织吸收外 ,还进入体循环 ;肿瘤及癌旁淋巴结中的T/N、L/N比值高 ,循环中抗癌药物浓度低。结论Objective:To study the mechanism and clinical significance of local diffusiontherapy for esophageal carcinoma.Methods:26 patients with carcinoma of esophagus were studied clinically by diffusiontherapy method with 5 131 Iiodouracil(5 131 IU)as tracer agent.Results:The anticancer drug permeating through the diffusiontherapy apparatus is not only incorporated into the tumor tissues,but enters systemic circulation; T/N and L/N levels in the tumor tissues and lymph nodes around the tumor were 2-3 times higher than in normal tissues and the concentration of anticancer drug was low in systemic circulation.Conclusion:Diffusiontherapy is a valuable management for carcinoma of esophagus at intermediate and late stages.
