CT在三叉神经瘤诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT在三叉神经瘤诊断中的价值。方法 :搜集经手术和病理学证实的三叉神经瘤12例 ,行CT平扫及静脉注射 60 %泛影葡胺或优维显增强扫描。结果 :12例中表现为特征性哑铃形 3例 ,类哑铃形 6例 ,类圆形 3例。肿瘤呈混杂密度、均匀密度或等密度 ,均无钙化及水肿。结论 :CT对三叉神经瘤的定位。Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of CT in the diagnosis of trigeminoma.Methods:CT planescan and contrastenhanced scan were performed on 12 patients with trigeminoma verified by operation and pathology 60% angiografin or ultravits was injected intravenously.Results:Trigeminoma appeared as characteristic dumbbell(3 of 12),dumbbell like(6 of 12)and round mass(3 of 12)with mixhomogenous or equal densities in planescan,but without calcification and adjacent edema.Conclusion:CT is very useful in the diagnosis of trigeminoma,especially in the erosion of petrous bone.
