摘  要:目的:比较3种不同固位结构的玻璃纤维桩修复下颌第一前磨牙后,在受到牙齿抗力时对其粘结剂层的影响。方法:选择3个月内因正畸需要而拔除的下颌第一前磨牙36颗,随机分成A、B、C三组,牙体预备后分别用3种纤维桩(A组:平滑外形玻璃纤维桩;B组:锯齿固位玻璃纤维桩;C组:锯齿加圆头固位玻璃纤维桩)及后牙树脂完成桩核修复,固定于万能材料测试机上加载直至标本发生折裂,记录标本开始松动(牙本质粘结面裂开)的瞬间力值及实验牙的折裂类型。实验采用SPSS16.0软件包对结果做单因素方差分析。结果:破坏性力学试验的测试结果:A组(469.62±29.68)N、B组(286.25±28.11)N、C组(468.17±48.34)N。对各组样本的破坏性实验力值进行单因素方差分析表明:A组>B组:C组>B组(P<0.01)、A组与C组的差异无统计学意义。结论:锯齿固位结构在荷载力下会对粘结剂层造成破坏,圆头固位结构能够分散应力,有利于桩核的固位和稳定。Objective To compare the effects of the different retaining structure on the bonding layer of endodontically treated mandibular first premolars restored with glass fiber posts. Methods A total of 36 endodontically treated mandibular first premolars were divided into three groups randomly, prepared and then fixed with different forms of glass fiber post. For fracture testing,we placed each specimen on a universal testing machine and then loaded on them, respectively,until they fractured.For each specimen,we recorded the load under which the interface between dentin and its adhesive began to crack and the fracture type of teeth.All data were analyzed by ANOVA with the use of SPSS 16.0 software package. Results The fracture values of three groups were as follows:Group A (469.62±29.68N);Group B (286.25±28.11N);Group C (468.17±55.07N).The fracture resistance of the three group are:A〉B;C〉B.Difference was not statistically significant between group A and group C. Conclusion Serrate retaining structure under the loading force damage to bonding layer,while bulletheaded retaining structure may disperse stress effectively and furthermore be helpful to retention and stability of post and core.The fracture types of all 3 fiber posts are good to repreparate.
