摘 要:目的利用三维有限元建模的方法,探索建立上颌牙列直丝弓矫治器的力学分析模型。方法采用螺旋CT对已完成排齐整平、处于关闭间隙阶段的正畸患者颌骨进行多层扫描,以医学数字成像和通讯标准(digital imaging and communications in medicine,DICOM)格式导入Mimics软件中,利用灰度值的差异重建上颌骨与牙列;然后利用Geomagic软件进行优化后导入Ansys软件生成牙齿、颌骨、牙周膜、托槽、弓丝的装配模型。结果建立了直丝弓矫治器三维有限元模型,并可进行三维有限元的力学分析。结论建立了一套迅速建模的半自动运行程序,探索出了一种提高模型仿真度的可操作性强的建模方法。Objective To construct maxillary arch three-dimensional finite element modle of straight wire appliance. Methods Scanning images of maxillary and dentitiongs were made through muti-slice CT scanner. Mimics, Geomagic studio and Ansys software were used to reconstruct a three-dimentional element model of maxillary and dentitions with straight wire appliance. The model was a assemble of tooth,maxillary, periodontium,braeket and orthodontic wire. Results A three^dimentional solid and finite element model of the maxillary dentition and straight wire appliance was constructed. It could be used to research the mechanical behavior of straight wire appliance. Conclusions The three-dimensional finite element modle was precise and utility,and the mothod was concise,practical and well operational.
