摘　　要：设计了一种针对电机换向器的检测装置,用以提高电机换向器检测的效率和精度。该装置主要通过测量换向器的绝缘性能和圆度来检测换向器的质量,基本思想是通过在换向器某两片电极之间施加高电压,测量两片电极之间的电流来测试其绝缘性能。该换向器检测装置测量过程简单,测量精度高,能测量不同尺寸换向器的多种技术参数,同时是一种有效可行的新型换向器检测装置。该设计思想具有一定的突破性。This design provides a motor commutator detection device, and the purpose of the design is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the detection of the motor commutator, the apparatus to detect the quality of the commutator by measuring the electrical insulation properties of the commutator and roundness. The main idea of the method is through two electrodes in the commutator of a high voltage applied between the measured current between two electrodes to test the insulation properties. The commutator detection device has a simple measurement, high accuracy, capable of measuring different dimensions commutator of a variety of technical parameters, is also an effective and feasible and promising new commutator detecting means, the design idea has a certain breakthrough.
