摘　　要：本文探讨在世界经济整体低迷、世界金融市场堪忧的严峻背景下,金融安全的新特征、境外危机的传导机制、境外危机对国家金融安全的影响以及如何构建东盟金融安全网,确保东盟金融经济在全球金融经济动荡中的安全。In the grim context of the overall world＇s economy downturn and the world＇s financial markets is worrying, the paper explore the new features of the financial security, conduction mechanism of overseas crisis, impact of overseas crisis on the country＇ s financial security, how to build the ASEAN＇ s financial safety net as well as bow to construct ASEAN＇ s financial security net to play it safe in the global financial and economic turmoil.
