扇贝裙边提取物对小鼠移植宫颈癌的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的　观察扇贝裙边提取物对荷瘤鼠免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。方法　选用小鼠移植宫颈癌模型 ,以一定量的扇贝裙边提取物连续 1 7d灌胃荷瘤小鼠。末次给药后的次日 ,进行免疫和抗氧化功能指标测定。结果　扇贝裙边提取物能使肿瘤抑制率达 37%以上 ;而且宿主因荷瘤而下降的免疫指标包括脾脏 NK细胞杀伤活性 ,丝裂原诱发的淋巴细胞转化强度 ,总 T细胞数和脾脏重量明显回升 ;因荷瘤而下降的抗氧化物酶谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性显著增高 ,脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量显著下降。结论　扇贝裙边提取物可能通过增强宿主免疫功能和提高机体抗氧化能力而抑制肿瘤的生长。Objective: To investigate the effects of scallop leftover extract on antioxidative capacity and immune function in tumor bearing mice. [WT5FZ]Methods: The mice with cervix cancer were fed with scallop leftover extract for seventeen successive days. The antioxidative capacity and immune function were determined. [WT5FZ]Results: The scallop leftover extract could significantly inhibit the growth of cervix cancer and the inhibition rates ranged from 37.13% to 43.01%. The tumor induced decrease in immunity, including NK cell activity, lymphocyte proliferation, total T cells and spleen index were improved markedly. Tumor bearing state decreased the glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and increased the lipid peroxidation (LPO) level in liver and blood. Scallop leftover extract increased GSH Px and SOD activities respectively and decreased LPO level. [WT5FZ]Conclusion: The antitumor effect of scallop leftover extract may be related to enhanced antioxidative capacity and host immune function.
