摘　　要：本科生导师制是近年来高等学校教育改革的一次尝试.它不但有利于密切师生关系,充分调动和激发师生的教、学积极性,更有利于使学生在导师言传身教的影响下,开展因材施教,使学生的思想品德、学习习惯、态度、方法和能力得到更大程度的提升.笔者根据自己近年的教学实践,阐述了自己的认识、实践与体会.In recent years, the undergraduate tutorial system is an exploration of colleges and universities education. It not only benefit to close the relationship between teachers and students, but also fully mobilize and motivate the enthusiasm of teachers and students teach and learn, more conducive to make the students under the influence of teacher precept, carry out teaching according to their aptitude, so that the students can get a greater degree of ascension on their moral character, study habits, attitudes, methods and ability. According to the teaching practice in recent years, the authors present their understanding, practice and experience.
