Dkk-3在原发性肝细胞癌的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究Dkk-3在原发性肝细胞癌的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测该院普外科手术切除的80例原发性肝细胞癌肿瘤及癌旁正常组织Dkk-3表达,比较原发性肝细胞癌不同临床病理因素中Dkk-3表达的差异,分析Dkk-3表达与临床病理因素的相关性。结果癌旁正常肝组织Dkk-3表达评分[(10.1±2.6)分]显著高于肝癌组织[4.8±1.1)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。原发性肝细胞癌Dkk-3蛋白质表达在性别和年龄中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肿瘤最大径越大、临床分期越晚及有转移时原发性肝细胞癌Dkk-3蛋白质低表达越低(P<0.05)。原发性肝细胞癌Dkk-3蛋白质表达与肿瘤最大径、临床分期及有转移呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 Dkk-3在原发性肝细胞癌中呈低表达状态,可作为原发性肝细胞癌病情及预后评估的标志物。Objective To study the expression of Dkk-3in primary hepatocellular carcinoma （ PHC ） and its dinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the Dkk-3expression levels in 80cases with PHC.The correlation between expression levels of Dkk-3and clinicopathologic factors was analyzed.Results The expression levels of Dkk-3in PHC tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues.The expression levels of Dkk-3in PHC were negatively correlated with tumor size , clinical staging and metastasis.Conclusion The expression levels of Dkk-3in PHC might be low , which could act as a biomarker for e- valuating condition and prognosis.
