进展性缺血性脑卒中患者血清MMP-9和ox-LDL水平的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中(PIS)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的水平。方法分别于急性缺血性脑卒中起病后第1、3、5、7天动态监测100例PIS(PIS组)与113例完全性缺血性卒中组(非PIS组)血清MMP-9和ox-LDL水平。结果 PIS组和非PIS组血清MMP-9与ox-LDL水平第1天到第3天有升高趋势,第5天开始回落;起病后第1、3、5和7天血清MMP-9与ox-LDL水平PIS组均高于非PIS组(P<0.01)。结论 MMP-9和ox-LDL共同参与了PIS的病理生理过程,而MMP-9和ox-LDL通过相应机制造成血管内皮损伤和功能障碍,可能是造成PIS患者神经功能缺损症状逐步进展的原因。Objective To explore the level changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP 9） and＊oxidized low density lipoprotein （ox-LDL） in acute period of progressive ischemic stroke（PIS）. Methods 100 patients with PIS who altained the diagnostic princi pie （PIS group） and 113 patients with total ischemic stroke（non-PIS group） were enrolled. Serum levels of MMP 9 and ox I.DI. were measured by double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（EI.ISA）method. Results The serum levels of MMP 9 and ox-LDL in PIS group and non PIS group increased to the top on the third day. The serum levels of MMP 9 and ox-LDL, in PIS group were higher than those in non-PIS group on the first,third,fifth and seventh day（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is suggesting lhat metabolic disorder of MMP-9 and ox-LDL maybe plays a role in PIS. The increase of serum MMP 9 and ox LDI. levels probt/bly lead to the increasing of NIHSS degree in patients with PIS.
