摘 要:为了优化壳聚糖对车前草水提液的纯化工艺,以多糖损失率、蛋白质去除率和脱色率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,分别考察了壳聚糖用量、溶液pH值、絮凝温度、絮凝时间对纯化效果的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖纯化车前草水提液的优化工艺为:壳聚糖用量1.0mL/g、溶液pH值9.0、絮凝温度45℃、絮凝时间2.0h。此工艺条件下多糖损失率为20.03%、蛋白质去除率为80.26%、脱色率为52.67%。The purification process of water extract from plantain using chitosan was optimized. Four factors including the amount of ehitosan,pH value, floeeulation temperature, and flocculation time were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments using polysaccharide loss rate, deproteinization rate, and decolorization rate as indices. The results showed that the optimized conditions was the amount of chitosan of 1.0 mL/g,the floeculation temperature of 45 ℃, the pH value of 9.0,and the flocculation time of 2.0 h. Under the optimal condition, the rate of polysaceharide loss was 20.03%. The deproteinization loss rate and the decolorization rate was 80.26% and 52.67% ,respectively. This method serves as a good reference for the purification process of water extract from plantain;
