摘  要:研究了一种改进的回复电压法评估方法——比率谱法。在传统油纸绝缘Debye模型的基础上,提出了带水树部分的XLPE电力电缆绝缘扩展Debye模型;仿真分析扩展Debye模型得出了不同水树长度和面积的比率谱;提出了运用比率谱最大值分布图分析电缆水树的具体状况;实验室条件下得到不同水树老化程度电缆的极化谱和比率谱。结果表明:比率谱最大值所处的充电时间tc对水树长度更敏感,而比率谱最大值的数值对水树面积更敏感;新电缆比率谱为一条相对平直的线,水树老化电缆比率谱则存在一个峰值;实验室测试得到的比率谱较好的反应了电缆绝缘水树的真实状况。A ratio spectrum method as an improved recovery voltage method(RVM) was studied. Based on the traditional oil-paper insulation Debye model, an extended Debye model with water tree part was proposed. A ratio spectrum of different length and area of water tree was obtained by simulating and analyzing the extended Debye model. Then a maximum ratio spectrum distribution map was proposed to analyze the water tree of the cable. Finally, the polarization spectrum and the ratio spectrum with various degree of water-treed were obtained under laboratory condition. The results show that the charging time tc in the maximum of ratio spectrum is more sensitive to the length of water tree, and the maximum value of ratio spectrum is more sensitive to the area of water tree. The ratio spectrum of new cable is a relatively straight line, but for the water-treed cable, the ratio spectrum has a peak. The ratio spectrum can well reflect the real state of water tree of cable insulation.
