重症肌无力患儿sIL-2R的变化与免疫调节治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨重症肌无力患儿的免疫状态及免疫调节治疗的效果。方法 :对 15例重症肌无力儿童接受免疫调节治疗前后血清可溶性白细胞介素 受体 (s IL - 2 R)进行了检测 ,结果 :本组患儿 s IL - 2 R治疗前明显增高 ,获得缓解后 s IL - 2 R近于正常水平。结论 :此病患儿免疫调节功能紊乱 ,s IL- 2 R可成为免疫调节治疗的有效观察指标 。To investigate immune state and effect of immune modulating treatment in children patients with myasthenia gravis(MG),soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) in serum was determined before and after receiving immune modulating treatment in 15 cases children patients with MG in the paper.Results showed that level of sIL 2 before treatment in patient group was significantly higher than controlling group,however,sIL 2R in treatment group decreased down to normal level after patients relieved clinically,suggesting that immune disturbance was present in children patients,sIL 2R level may be used as observable sign of the cure,and the treatment is effective.
