摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝癌术后复发的防治方法。方法 :术后经肝动脉、门静脉置管化疗栓塞。结果 :肝动脉、门静脉双插管化疗栓塞效果优于肝动脉单插管组 ,两者对防止术后复发与单纯手术组差异显著。结论 :肝癌术后经肝动脉。Objective To explore the method of preventing and treating hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) recurrence after surgical resection.Methods Embolitic chemotherapy of transhepatic artery(TAE)and embolitic chemotherapy of transportal vein(PVE)were performed after surgical resection.Results TAE+PVE is superior to TAE alone.Between both of them and the surgical resectionalone,the difference is significant in preventing HCC recurrence after surgical resection.Conclusion After surgical resection TAE and PVE are effective in preventing and treating HCC recurrence.
