摘  要:CO2排放引起的温室效应已经影响到人类社会的发展和生存,而CO2捕集系统吸收剂的性能与能耗制约着电厂烟气脱碳减排的大规模推广.利用搭建的室内实验平台,实验结果表明:1)增大吸收剂浓度有利于提高二乙醇胺DEA的CO2吸收性能和吸收总量;2)90℃时DEA吸收剂的解吸速率较高,且解吸速率随吸收剂浓度的增大而显著提高;3)15wt%的DEA吸收剂具有较高的解吸速率和较低的解吸能耗,溶液再生度可达80%,综合性能良好.Greenhouse effect has started to influence the development and survival of human society.Power plants become the main source of CO2 emissions while the absorbent characteristics and high renewable energy consumption restricts the CO2 capture technology promotion.The characteristics of absorbent DEA,such as absorption and desorption performance,renewable energy consumption,solution pH,and regeneration degree,were investigated.Experimental results indicate that:1) Along with the increase of solution concentration,the CO2 absorption rate and total absorption improve obviously.2) The CO2 desorption rate of DEA improves significantly with the increasing of absorbent concentration,and reaches higher value at 90℃.3) 15wt% DEA solution shows higher desorption rate and lower reanewble energy consumption than that of other concentration DEA solution;and its regeneration degree reaches up to 80%.
