两岸高校本科应用型人才培养模式比较研究

摘　　要：海峡两岸应用型本科教育差别较大,通过对两岸应用型本科人才培养模式在办学理念、办学特色、专业设置、培养目标、课程结构、教学、管理和评价制度等异同点的深入分析比较,改革不适合社会需要的人才培养模式,构建新的人才培养模式,以造就大量的与两岸经济贸易发展相适应的人才。Application-oriented universities across the Taiwan Straits differ a lot from each other. The paper conducts a deep analysis and comparison of the similarities and differences in such aspects as school-running i- deas and characteristics, specialty setting, cultivation target, course structure, teaching, administration and evaluation system. It believes in reforming the personnel training mode which fails to meet the needs of current society in order to construct a new application-oriented personnel training mode which will create plenty of human resources adapting to the development of economy and trade across the strait.
