爱尔兰小学生参与课外体育运动现状调查与原因分析——以科克市中等收入家庭为例

摘　　要：爱尔兰中等收入家庭中的小学生积极参加课外体育运动。小学男生平均每周参加中等以上强度的课外体育运动高达5次,小学女生是4次,每次1.5小时以上。运动已成为爱尔兰中等收入家庭小学生的生活方式。父母对于孩子运动习惯的养成起到了决定性的作用。pupils from middle-income family in Ireland take part in extracurricular sport actively; the frequency of boys at-tending extracurricular sport in the above-moderate-intensity weekly is as high as 5 times, the frequency of girls is 4 times.Sports have become the pupil＇ s way of life in middle-income family of Ireland; parents play a decisive role on kids＇ sport habit forming.
