Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂乳牙根管充填疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较C ortisom ol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂乳牙根管治疗疗效。方法选取72例93颗乳牙根尖周炎患儿,随机分成A、B两组。A组用C ortisom ol糊剂,B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂作根管充填。术后观察2周、1个月、2个月,并比较其疗效。结果术后2周,A组成功率高于B组,两者的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);术后1个月、2个月,两者的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论 C ortisom ol糊剂临床疗效显著,安全可靠,是较好的乳牙根管充填材料。Objective To compare the clinical effect of Cortisomol paste and Zinc Oxide Eugenol iodoform paste used for root canal filling of primary teeth. Methods A total of 72 patients with 93 teeth which needed root canal filling were randomly divided into two groups. Groups A was treated with Cortisomol paste,. Groups B was treated with ZOE. The clinical effect of were ob- served after two weeks, one month and two months respectively. Results Two weeks after treatment, the success rate of group A was higher than group B （p〈0.05）.After lmonthand 2months ,there was no significant difference between the two groups （p〉0. 05 ）,Conclusion Cortisomol paste is safe and reliable, it is a good kind of material for root canal filling of primary teeth.
