淮安外语导游人才需求分析与培养路径选择

摘　　要：外语导游与入境旅游经济紧密相连,其人才能否满足入境旅游经济发展的需要及如何培养淮安外语导游人才,是淮安入境旅游经济发展过程中需要考虑的问题。通过对淮安的国际旅行社、旅游景点、境外游客调查及近年入境游相关数据的分析可以看出,外语导游人才的数量和质量均不能满足淮安旅游市场发展的需求。为此,要结合市场需求,以高校为依托,制定合理的导游人才培养目标及方案,培养出符合淮安入境游要求的外语导游人才。Foreign languages tour guide is closely connected with the development of inbound tourism economy.Whether the quantity and quality of the tour guide can meet the need of the tourism market is still unknown in the city of Huai＇an.Based on the investigations into travel agencies,scenic sites and foreign tourists as well as the data of consumption of inbound tourists from 2005-2011,we try to have a better understanding of the present situation as well as the future necessities of training foreign languages tour guides,thus,seeking for the proper methods and ways of training foreign languages tour guides in the new era.
